Ladies League is a social golf journaling app. You can create profiles, rounds, journal pages, media, and other content related to your golf experience.
Ladies League is built around sharing. Content you create or post in Ladies League is public by default and may be visible to other users or to people with a shared link, unless the app provides a privacy control and you choose to use it. Please do not post information you do not want others to see.
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate Ladies League, provide app features, keep the app reliable, understand how the app is used, support subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
The information listed below may be linked to your Ladies League account, device, or identity.
Account and contact information
- Name, email address, phone number, Apple account sign-in information, user ID, and device identifiers.
Location, contacts, and device permissions
- Precise location, when you allow it, for app functionality such as course, round, and location-based journal features.
- Contacts, when you allow access, for app functionality such as sharing, inviting, or connecting with people you choose.
- Photos, videos, and audio, when you choose to upload or record them for your journal, profile, rounds, pages, or shared content.
User content and support information
- Profiles, journal pages, rounds, captions, notes, media, shared links, reports, and other user-generated content.
- Information you provide when contacting customer support, reporting content, or requesting help.

How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve Ladies League.
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, journal content, sharing, and app features.
- Sync and display public-by-default content across the app.
- Process subscriptions and purchases through Apple and RevenueCat.
- Analyze app performance, feature usage, crashes, and reliability.
- Respond to support requests, reports, safety concerns, and account deletion requests.
- Protect Ladies League, users, and the public from spam, abuse, security issues, or misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce app policies.
Public Content And Sharing
Ladies League content is public by default. This may include your profile, journal pages, rounds, photos, videos, audio, captions, notes, and shared pages or links. Other users may be able to view, interact with, report, or share public content.
If Ladies League offers privacy, deletion, blocking, hiding, or reporting controls, you can use those controls to manage your experience. Removing content from public view may not remove copies that other people previously viewed, saved, screenshotted, or shared outside Ladies League.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to operate and improve Ladies League. These providers may process information for us according to their own terms and privacy practices.
- Apple for iOS platform services, Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and purchases.
- Firebase for backend, app functionality, data storage, and related app services.
- Google Analytics for analytics and usage measurement.
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics.
- RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management.
- Amplitude for product analytics and app usage insights.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Ladies League data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not share personal information with data brokers.
Your Choices
- You can choose what content you post, upload, share, or delete in Ladies League.
- You can manage iOS permissions such as location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, and notifications in the Settings app on your device.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account or personal information by using in-app deletion tools or contacting us by email.
Account And Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Ladies League account and associated personal information in the app or by emailing us at dillonfwiesner@gmail.com.
We may retain limited information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup restoration, or legitimate business records. Public content, cached data, shared links, backups, and information processed by service providers may take additional time to be removed.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Ladies League, maintain user accounts and public content, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and operate secure backups. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use care when deciding what to post or share publicly.
Age Requirement
Ladies League is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided personal information through Ladies League, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Ladies League changes or when legal, operational, or privacy requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
